With a healthy and growing email list, you are in control! You determine when you send your Value and when you send your Promotion emails.
But be very aware that you must take the time to first form a relationship of Value and Trust before you go trying to sell, sell sell!
Look at how much value are you providing to your list and then look at your conversion rates.
How responsive are they?
